After the firm’s early success, Jeff knew it was time to take PEO 360 to the next level. He recruited Jason Herrington to join the company as Co-Founder and Chief Client Officer. Jason brought a strategic HR perspective that helped expand the firm’s capabilities and strengthen its commitment to supporting businesses well beyond the initial PEO decision.
Together, they built something the industry was missing: an independent PEO partner that supports businesses through every stage of the PEO lifecycle.
